Program Coordinator for Empower Me! Workshops
KYEA presents the Empower Me! workshops to over 400 students each school year, traveling throughout the state and offering virtual sessions up to 15 times annually. These workshops cover essential soft skills, resume writing, and job exploration. As part of this role, you will work with another program coordinator to improve these presentations. Additionally, you will be responsible for finding donations for meals and prizes for each session and following up with youth after each event to discuss their employment goals and any assistance they may need.
Employment Specialist
As an Employment Specialist, you will oversee the coordination and implementation of a new and diverse program, including employment readiness training and employment placement and development.
